  1. Do you offer training?
    Yes.  When training we typically “train the trainer”, training up key staff who then pass on the training to the general users of the system. We can also train technical staff to integrate magic5 into existing systems.  This is not always cost effective for a small business who can probably get by with our extensive help text documentation, but please contact us for a quote.
  2. Do you provide online training, webinars etc?
    Not at present.  If we receive sufficient demand, it is something we might consider in the future, but at present training is either in-house or conducting by email/phone on a one-to-one basis.
  3. Do you offer support?
    Yes.  Support is included in magic5 Professional, as well as access to our extensive help text documentation.  At present there is no limit to the amount of support available, but reasonable usage is expected.
  4. What technical support do you provide?
    Your first port of call is our online help text documentation that includes lots of information on the system including how-to guides, best practice and technical advice. If you still require additional technical help please contact us free of charge (reasonable usage applies).
  5. Do I have to pay for support?
    All magic5 Professional account holders can access our online help text documentation for free. Free phone and email support (with reasonable usage) is also available.  Pre-sales support is usually free, but implementation support and training may incur additional costs – please contact us for more details.
  6. Where is support coming from?
    magic5 Support is based in the south west of England and is provided by experienced magic5 technicians who are knowledgeable about existing implementations of magic5 and how to get the best results from the software.
